Kent-Moore DT-52316 | Oil Filter Cap Remover
Application: 2019 Cruze and Malibu with VT40 Automatic Transmission, 2020 Buick Encore GX and Chevrolet TRailblazer w/VT40 (RPO MRG) TransmissionDT-52316 is a 2¾ in. octagon steel Socket that securely fits around the high Pressure Oil filter cap. The plastic cap must be tightened to 60Nm. The cap external octagon has a taper, and that taper and the Torque requirement do not allow use of a Standard Axle wheel Nut Socket. The Tool is used with a 1/2 in. square Drive ratchet or breaker Bar for Removal and a Torque Wrench for Installation.
