Service Level: IApplication: A/C FLUSH Adapter KITCross Over No.: J-45268J-45268 is a Set of Adapters, fittings and filters that are used with R134a and R1234yf A/C machines to flush A/C syStems of Oil and debris.?The flushing procedure uses Liquid refrigerant as the flushing agent.?Direct flushing is the most effective method for Removal of desiccant material, residual dirt and metal debris trapped in an A/C syStem.?The vehicle Lines are removed from the A/C Compressor and the appropriate J-45268 Adapters from the kit are connected to the vehicle Lines and kit filter Housing.?The A/C machine Hoses are then connected to the Adapters and the flush function is initiated forcing pressurized Liquid refrigerant though the A/C syStem.?The flush removes all Oil from the A/C syStem so a full Oil capacity amount must then be put in the syStem duRing recharging with refrigerant. ?torage case included with the kit. Kit includes 6 filters.?Replacement filters ordered separately.?Part number 506239 for one filter.For R1234yf syStems, the GE-45268-130 Adapter Kit (not included) is required which contains a high Side and a low Side R1234yf fittings.?The low Side fitting threads into the J-45268-1 Flushing Hose and Filter Assembly.?The high Side threads into the appropriate flushing bLock.

• For General Motors. The A/C Flush Kit is a set of adapters, fittings and filters that are used with the ACR2000 or new J2788 compliant A/C machine, 42-48800, to flush A/C systems of oil and debris. The procedure uses liquid R134a as a flushing agent. The lines are removed from the A/C compressor and the appropriate J-45268 adapter from the kit is connected to the lines and filter housing. The ACR2000 hoses are then connected to the adapter and the flush function is initiated from the ACR2000. The flush will remove all oil from the A/C system. A full oil charge must then be put into the system. The kit includes Saab 9-7X adapter J-45268-3.
