J-43649-10 Adapters are used on all ECOTEC Engines with SIDI or Cam Shaft phasing. Because of changes to the outLine of these Cylinder heads, new End Plates and hardware are included in J-43649-10. These new Plates are used with components from J-43649 to service the Valve train with the head Installed.
