- The Kent-Moore Inlet and Return Fuel Line Shut-off Adapters (J-37287) are a set of two adapters that allow you to shut off fuel flow to the fuel injectors during injector leakdown testing and to the fuel tank during fuel pressure testing. The adapters are universal in design and fit most late-model vehicles. They are easy to use and install, and they help to prevent fuel leaks and save time and money.
- To use the adapters, simply connect them to the fuel lines at the quick connect. The adapter for the inlet line will shut off fuel flow to the injectors, and the adapter for the return line will shut off fuel flowing back to the tank. - Universal J37287 consists of two shut off adapters which are connected into the PFI system fuel lines at the quick connect. J 37287-1 connects into the 3/8" fuel inlet line and is used to shut off fuel flow during the injector leakdown procedure. J 37287-2 connects into the 5/16" fuel return line and is used to shut off fuel flowing back to the tank during the fuel pressure test.
