1999 - 1/2 & Later T-Series & W5 with Isuzu MLD6Q 6-Speed manual Transmission The reverse Gear Shaft is press to fit into the case Bearing, and must be removed using previously essential J-2619-01 Slide Hammer. The reverse Gear Shaft has a 12mm internal thread, while J-2619-01 has a 5/8-18 thread. J-34539 must be used with J-2619-01 to prevent damage to the reverse Gear Shaft. Thread J-34539 into the reverse Gear Shaft. Then, attach J-2619-01 to J-34539, and use to remove the reverse Gear Shaft from the case.
