Kent Moore Tools DT-52009 | Transmission Holding Fixture Adapters
Applications: 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EVDT-52009 is a Set of three Adapters. These three Adapters and the DT-46625-10 90-degree Adapter all attach to the J-46625 Transmission Holding Fixture and then attach to the Bolt EV 1ET25 Transmission. The J-46625 Fixture Arbor fits into the J-3289-20 Bench Mount Adapter to securely hold the Transmission at workbench height and allow 360-degree rotation of the Transmission for internal service procedures and component Parts replacement.

- Application: Express, Savana full-size vans
- Full-size Express and Savana vans have coil springs in the front suspension with 4-1/2”-5” IDs, depending on the GVW. Commercially available coil spring compressors do not fit these coils well. CH-52078 includes two plates that fit both 4-1/2” and 5” ID coils, allowing the use of a larger, heavy-duty drive rod with an integrated upper plate drive. Both plates are inserted into the spring.
- The drive rod is installed through the upper plate, then turned 1/2 turn to seat the drive rod into the upper plate drive slots. This allows the upper plate to be turned into the correct position to compress the spring. Both plates have one side thicker than the other to keep the engagement on the coils squarer and ensure proper fit and precise alignment during spring compression.
