The ID Bore of DT-51592 Pilots over the Front Output Shaft spLines to ensure proper Alignment of the Seal into the Bore while Installing the two piece Seal to Shaft and case Bore at same time. Unapproved methods will not properly Install the Seal, and will result in Leaks.
