Kent Moore Tools DT-51617 | Output Shaft Seal Installer
DT-51617 Installs the Output Shaft Seal into the Axle Housing. The Seals used on the 190 mm Front Axle are a two piece design, with the Outer shell fully bottomed in the Housing Bore, and the Inner shell floating in the Outer, until it seats itself on the Plug-in Shaft. These Seals are not the same size as any previously used on GM Axles. DT-51617 Installs the Seal into the correct position without damage to the Housing, Seal, or internal components. DT-51617 is used with J-8092 Driver Handle.
