Kent Moore Tools J-43266 | Nozzle Sleeve Installer

When Leakage occurs between the Cylinder head and the Sleeve or service is being performed to the Cylinder head, the Sleeves and their Seals should be replaced. J-43266 is used to Install the new Sleeve after removing the old one using J-43265. This Installer uses the underSide of the head Supported on wooden Blocks while Pressing the Sleeve into the top deck.?Once the new O-Rings are Installed and Oiled, and the correct Sealant applied, the Nozzle Sleeve in placed into the head, and the Injector Clamp Bolt Installed to hold J-43266-2 Guide and the Sleeve seated in the head.?The Ball Bearing included with J-43266 is placed into the Nozzle Passage, and Driven through the Sleeve to Swage it against the Cylinder head.?br>

Note:?EN-49960 may be used to replace the Injector Nozzle Sleeve with the head Installed on the Engine Block in place of J-43265 and J-43266
