Support vehicle SIR System diagnostics. EL-38715-145 is a Harness Adapter that will be used to Adapter the current GM Load Tool (J-38715-A) to the Steering wheel module Coil on the 2004 S/T truck. The vehicle Connector was switched without notice from a 2 Pin to a 4 Pin configuration mid production for model year 2004. The Load Tool is used to simulate the Air Bag for SIR System diagnostics.
