1998-Later Silverado, Sierra, Yukon XL, Suburban with 9.25" Ring Gear Front Drive Axle. J-36615-A is used to adjust the Left Side Bearing adjuster on the 925" Ring Gear Front Drive Axle. The Side Bearing adjuster was changed to allow a more precise adjustment, and the previously essential J-36615-A will no longer fit current production or service adjusters. J-36615-a has a 3/8" square Drive to allow the technician to correctly adjust the Side Bearing fit proper operation.
