  • This kit includes the best solutions essential to quickly and efficiently complete a small spot repair.
  • SANDING: STANDARD SIZE
  • 1. Mist water on area to saturate the defect.
  • 2. Wet sand the area with 3" Norton Black Ice NorGrip disc in 2000 grit and the 3" NorGrip foam interface pad. Sand until the defect is removed.
  • 3. Wipe area completely dry with the Farécla all-purpose microfiber cloth, and inspect if defect is removed.
  • 4. Repeat step 2 and 3 if needed.
  • SANDING: LARGER AREA REMOVAL
  • 1. Sand area with 3" Norton Pure Ice Q175 Fine Film Finishing disc in 1500 grit and 3" NorGrip foam interface pad until the defect is removed.
  • 2. Wipe using the Farécla all-purpose microfiber cloth to remove dust and inspect the area.
  • 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 if needed.
  • 4. Mist a coating of water on previously sanded area.
  • 5. Wet sand the area with 3" Norton Black Ice NorGrip disc in 2500 grit and NorGrip foam interface pad until the area looks uniform.
  • 6. Wipe area dry with the Farécla all-purpose microfiber cloth.
  • 7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 as needed until all sanding imperfections are removed.
  • POLISHING:
  • 1. Dispense a pea-size amount of Farécla G360 Super-Fast Compound onto the defect area. Buff using 3.5"singlesided Farécla CCS waffle cutting foam pad on the Milwaukee polisher, set to speed 1. Polish until all sand marks are removed.
  • 2. Use the Farécla detail microfiber towel to remove any residue.
  • 3. FOR DARK COLORS ONLY
  • Use Farécla G360 Super-Fast Finish and 3.5" single-sided Farécla CCS waffle finishing foam pad on the Milwaukee polisher set to speed 1. Polish until all haze is removed.
  • 4. Use the Farécla detail microfiber towel to remove any left-over residue.
