Application: 2016-later Medium Duty Low Cab Forward (LCF) TrucksEN-52575 is used to clean DPF Injectors on diesel Engines, and EN-52575-50 accessory kit includes a 250 ml beaker, a Base Assembly and Clamp to hold the Injector, and a Brass Brush. The Injector is placed in Clamp on the Base Assembly and the Cleaning solution is placed into the beaker to a specified level. The beaker is placed onto the rack in the Cleaning unit and the Injector tip is placed into the solution in the beaker to a specific depth, as directed in the service procedure.The Cleaning unit is filled with water as directed in the procedure, and turned on to clean the Injector tip. Once Cleaning is completed, the Brass Brush is used to ensure the tip is fully clean. EN-52575 and EN-52575-50 may also be used on other Injectors, but only if specified in a service procedure.
