The UEIRLD15 is the most advanced hand held refrigerant leak detector for R-134a automotive systems. A digital circuit provides fast response to small hard to find leaks.  The heated sensor technology reduces false alarms from underhood chemicals. The Agent's sensor provides approximately 300 hours of service life, and also activates a visual flashing LED when refrigerants are detected. The Whisper Action Pump is an extremely quiet, true mechanical pump that draws gas over the sensor for faster response in a variety of environments. Combined with the high sensitivity of the Agent 1, leaks on outside condensing units in windy conditions are now detectable. Certified to meet J2791, this new standard establishes tougher minimum performance criteria for an improved class of electronic hand held probe type refrigerant leak detectors capable of identifying a leak rate of 0.15 oz./year, with the sensing distance 3/8" from the leak.
