The Compression Test Adapter is for use on Ford 3V TRITON® engines; such as the 2004 5.4L Ford F-150® and the 2005 4.6L Ford Mustang®.This adapter is designed with an M14 - 1.25 internal thread to attach it to the male end of a M14 compression test hose. This adapter also has an 11/16" external hex that can be used to remove the adapter from the spark plug hole.
