Heavy Duty English Wheel is designed for the professional fabricator and builder. Constructed of heavy duty 3" x 2" x .250" wall steel tubing which provides the strength needed for most jobs. Unit has a 24" throat depth to accommodate larger shapes. The 8" diameter upper wheel and lower anvils ride on tapered roller bearings and are adjustable side to side for precision alignment to create consistent tracking needed during fabrication. Two lower anvils are included. The unit has a precision thread acme lead screw for height adjustment. Anvils are precision-machined and hardened to exact specifications for durability, precision alignment and tracking. Anvil sizes range from 1” to 3” in increments of .250”, and our technical service department can provide assistance for any special jobs or can create any anvil to your specifications. Combine this unit with the Universal Base 5010 for a solid and stable foundation which is critical during forming. Unit is made completely in the USA and carries a two-year manufacturer’s defect warranty. |
