By hand, slide shaft with proper adapter to engage piston. Turn valve clockwise to turn on air pressure. Rotate piston back into brake cylinder clockwise or counter clockwise. Turn valve counterclockwise to release air pressure to remove tool. Set comes in blow-molded case for storage.
