The Thermal Arc Dragster 85 is a DC inverter arc welding power supply designed for light duty Stick and TIG welding. Easy to use controls allow the operator to select an output range from 5 to 85 amps using power from a standard 115 VAC 20 amp circuit. This is an ideal unit for welding material up to 3/16" in thickness using 1/16" to 3/32" 6013 or stainless steel electrodes or TIG welding mild steel using the scratch start method. This unit will not TIG weld aluminum. Rated output: 85A@23.4V 25% Duty Cycle. Kit includes Dragster® 85 power source, power cord and plug, 125 amp 12.5' air cooled TIG torch with accessory kit, work clamp with 9' cable, stick electrode holder with 9' cable, Argon regulator, carry case, carry strap and operating manual.
